Jake Baker

Jake Baker joined 1315 Capital in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Sales and Marketing Analyst at Rescription, an early-stage healthcare services company, where he worked directly with the C-suite on key strategic initiatives, including business development. Earlier in his career, Jake interned at Canaccord Genuity on the Institutional Equities Sales and Trading team.

Jake graduated cum laude from Trinity College with a B.A. in History, where he was also a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team.
