Nate Painter

Nate Painter joined 1315 Capital in 2025 and has two years of experience in fund accounting and operations. Prior to joining 1315 Capital, Nate worked at Valley Forge Private Equity as an analyst, where he supported accounting, investor reporting, investor relations and operational functions of the firm. His role at 1315 Capital includes assisting the CFO and Controller with accounting, reporting, and fund administration.

Nate received a B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
